From hand-grown cultivation on our farm to organic practices and in-house curing, we craft plump, aromatic vanilla beans with a soft texture—highly regarded by international chefs and discerning connoisseurs alike.
Vanilla pods are heat-treated to stop growth, releasing enzymes that trigger the aroma transformation process.
The pods slowly soften in a warm environment, their color shifting from green to yellow, then to deep brown, as the fragrance gently emerges.
Through sun-drying, moisture is gradually removed, intensifying the aroma while the pods develop greater resilience and sheen.
Finally, the pods are placed in wooden boxes to quietly mature for several months, deepening and sweetening their scent—much like the aging of tea or wine.
