Rooted in the spirit of the Sanheyuan, carried forward through Sol'Vani.
This journey began in a traditional Sanheyuan courtyard in Xinwu, Taoyuan, where founder Mr. Tseng Tien-Fu and his family of three built their dream together. Inspired by his wife's passion for baking, he delved into the cultivation of vanilla. Over the course of ten years—from constructing greenhouses to mastering vanilla curing—he overcame Taiwan's unpredictable climate, committed to organic farming, and integrated solar energy and temperature control system to consistently produce high-quality vanilla beans.
To share this fragrance born from the land with the world, we founded the brand Sol'Vani. "Sol" represents the sun, symbolizing the thriving vanilla beans nurtured under its rays; "Vani" derives from "vanilla", representing both the plant itself and the natural gift bestowed by sunlight. Carrying forward the spirit of the Sanheyuan vanilla garden, we uphold honesty and transparency from cultivation to packaging—so that every vanilla bean tells the story of Taiwan's terroir and heartfelt dedication.
